It’s almost bikini season! ACK! I’ve been seriously lacking in the exercise department over the winter. I’ve decided that must change – and NOW! With receipt of my new Zaggora Hot Pants (review coming soon), I figured there was no better time to get back to a regular exercise routine.
I enjoy all kinds of outdoor exercising, such as biking, hiking and swimming. That being said, I know myself well. In order to make sure I get a regular everyday workout, I have to include an indoor aerobic and weight training routine.
For me, exercising MUST be fun, otherwise, the pull of my big comfy couch is just too much to refuse.
To get inspiration for exercising, I open up my iTunes playlist on my laptop. I have been building up a playlist of my favourite music, many of which are great for using for my exercise routine. Songs I use for exercising MUST have a great beat – something that makes me want to move to the music. More importantly, my exercise playlist must contain songs that get me moving AND make me forget that I’m exercising (which is quite a feat!).
