Wordless Wednesday ~ The Life Of The Twitter Party

Posted by

DempstersTwitterPartyEver wonder what it’s like to attend a Twitter Party? Here’s what the @Dempsters Twitter Party looked like to me on September 24th using TweetDeck. Β Only difference…just imagine all those tweets scrolling by you faster than you can say Dempsters!

Love it! With no more tweetgrid, I was wondering what everyone was using. I use tweetdeck and hootsuite. Not too much of a Twubs fan though. Too dizzying for me! lol

I’ve tried them all at least once, Christine, and I’d have to say, Tweetdeck is my favourite (after Tweetgrid). Thanks for commenting!

I know, eh Elizabeth! Sometimes it is mind-boggling how fast those parties move. Thanks for commenting!

Oh me too Deborah!! I’ve had a hard time adjusting to this one. I’ve tried a bunch of others and this one is 2nd best IMO. I hope they bring Tweetgrid back though! Thanks for commenting!

Glad you enjoyed the party, Jennifer!! I couldn’t party without something like Tweetdeck…things move too fast without it…and sometimes even with it πŸ™‚ Thanks for commenting!

Thanks, Kathryn! It came to me all of a sudden right in the middle of that party as I was watching all the tweets zip by πŸ™‚ Thanks for commenting!

Mother of pearl that is gonna give me nightmares Sandy!! I have used tweetdeck only once and it reminded me of the stock exchange ticker!! It was a great experience, mostly, but I think I will stick to using the regular way for now, LOL

LOL Suzanne! That made me laugh πŸ™‚ I have to say, it’s not too bad…once you get used to it. Thanks for commenting!

    Kristy @ Manager to Mom

Lots to keep track of, huh? I’ve downloaded TweetDeck but don’t actually use it as I’m on Twitter rarely – mainly to post my own stuff. I can definitely see needing software like this to manage things during a Twitter party though!

    • September 25, 2013

You got that right, Kristy!! Lots!! So much fun though…so it’s worth it πŸ™‚ Thanks for commenting!

    Margarita Ibbott ~ @DownshiftingPRO

Welcome to my world. I always find it funny when people say its easy to moderate twitter parties. Nope… it takes a lot of work, as you know. Love the pic…

Thanks Margarita! You couldn’t be more right…it takes A LOT of work! Thanks for commenting πŸ™‚

I miss Tweet Grid. It made them seem a little bit more manageable!
